The Sunset Cove (name of the new luxury hotel), will be the first lakefront hotel that will consist of 82 rooms.  With each room having a waterview!  The address will be 195 Sunset Cove Lane in Mooresville.

It will feature a Spa, Restaurant, Beach Club and the most luxurious design.  The Spa is a 3,00 Sq. Ft. facility including a salt/relaxation room, mineral pool, juice bar and an outdoor relaxation area.  The Restaurant will be the resorts steakhouse.  There will also be an Italian restaurant with Lake Norman views!  Lastly, the Beach Club will be free for guests and open to the public for fee.  The design was inspired by a Mediterranean and Bali vibe.  The resort will have a “boutique flare” with plenty of greenery, water features and natural elements of a lake setting.  The ground breaking is projected to take place 1st quarter of 2020.  Click HERE for more details!
