Fall Festivals Around the Charlotte
There are so many wonderful fall festivals around the area to enjoy! Here are a few of the most popular festivals that people love to attend:
- Fall Festival at the U.S. National Whitewater Center – It takes place on 10/5 starting at 9am. This is a free event, open to the public and no tickets needed. Enjoy the day full of fun with races, fall-themed yoga sessions, seasonal cider samplings and the spectator friendly Build Your Own Boat (BYOB) competition. - Carolina Renaissance Festival – This festival will start on 10/5-11/24 only on Saturdays and Sundays. This is one of the largest Renaissance festivals nationwide. It is filled with a bunch of charming cottages & castles, activities, vendors, arts & crafts, games and so much more. Everyone just has to try the GIANT turkey leg!
