An Attitude of Gratitude
Having an attitude of gratitude can CHANGE. YOUR. LIFE. We all can agree that this world can me full of pain, suffering, hardships, disappointment and regret. But do not fear, gratitude is near! We need to find a reason to be thankful, like doing random acts of kindness to make other people happy. You can do things like, hold a door open for a stranger, help out a co-worker with a project, buying a stranger behind you line their cup of coffee or anything that leads your heart to do. Taking a walk out in nature and observing the colors of the leaves, smell of fresh can boost your mood. This is the season to be grateful for all that we have. If everyone put their problems in a pile, you would be glad to take your pile back.
