Rebecca Spires earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Assumption University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. She began her professional career at Fidelity Investments, working as a Fund Accountant, and later transitioned into the role of Financial Representative, where she worked through rigorous examinations to obtain Series 7 and 63 FINRA licensure.
In 2007, Rebecca relocated to Florida, where she obtained her Real Estate License. She sold residential real estate from 2007 to 2011 until relocating to the state of New Hampshire, where she would earn a second real estate license. Over the span of 15 years, Rebecca assisted buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of residential real estate. Having worked across 2 states, she gained valuable industry knowledge and developed an acute understanding of real estate law. In 2022, Rebecca made a third and final move to North Carolina, where she currently works as a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Drawing from her years of experience in the financial industry, Rebecca is able to apply her lending and financial expertise to her role as a Real Estate Broker. She understands the financial implications of buying and selling a home and can help clients navigate the process more easily. Having personally relocated from one state to another, Rebecca identifies with the stress and emotion of making a cross country move. She blends her industry knowledge with her own personal experiences to guide her clients through the hurdles of making such major life transitions.
Throughout her 16 year real estate career, Rebecca has handled a variety of transactions and scenarios. When working with Rebecca, clients feel assured that they are being represented fairly, accurately and with the utmost respect and integrity. She approaches her work with a service-driven philosophy and strives to earn the trust of her clients in becoming their real estate advisor for life.
Rebecca currently lives in the Lake Norman area and has a deep understanding of the region. She understands the luxury market and has had an array of transactional experiences in high end properties. She has also helped first time home buyers realize the dream of home ownership and has assisted investors with expanding their portfolios.
When she’s not working, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her 3 children. She loves to cook, travel, work out and volunteers her time to local organizations.
